The Coach Potato experience is a complementary web component to the documentary Bionic Gold. (2016) The experience brings you a good awareness of your fitness level, and more specifically, of the beneficial impact an appropriate physical activity can have for you. It allows you to advance at your own pace, starting with simple actions and reflexes that you can turn into good habits. The content and mini-games are designed to inspire the right attitude towards fitness – to live healthier on a daily basis.
